Description:
Field of study: Electrical Engineering

Specialization: Control in Electrical Power Engineering

The students can spend full duration of the studies at Wrocław University of Science and Technology (WUST) or benefit from the Double-Degree option. The joint double degree programme is run together with Ryerson
University (RU) in Toronto, Canada (possibility of exchange for Polish and Canadian citizens only) and Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) in Cottbus, Germany, University of Palermo (UNIPA), Italy, RWTH
Aachen University, Aachen (Germany). The goal of the programme is to improve the quality of graduate-level education and training in the field of control engineering. It is focused on new and challenging issues of
power system automation and control. The programme offered by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering is split up into four semesters, including a Master's Thesis semester and a 4-week industrial placement. The best
students willing to study in Toronto should spend their first year at RU and second year at WUST. Alternatively, the students can study their first year at BTU in Cottbus or at UNIPA in Palermo and then continue their second
year at WUST.
