Description:

Management and Production Engineering combines engineering knowledge with the skills of engineering majors, namely, mechanics with mechanical engineering and computer science with a knowledge of economics and management and marketing skills; in this way, these studies provide the graduate with the knowledge necessary for the design and technical supervision of production processes, as well as with a knowledge of the implementation of modern management methods. In the learning process, particular emphasis is placed on the ability to use IT tools in:

designing (CAD),
production (CAM),
quality assurance (CAQ),
planning and controlling production processes (MRP, ERP, OPT systems).

Employment opportunity:

The graduate has advanced engineering knowledge in mechanical engineering, as well as in organisational and management fields. He/she is therefore prepared to work creatively in these areas, including the design of new production processes and the systems and management systems for them, as also in conducting and organising R&D work and technology transfers.
