Candidates will be admitted according to the ranking list based on the results of the matriculation examination.
Number of points for the ranking is determined as the weighted average number of points corresponding to the matriculation examination in subjects specific to the field of study.
Graduates of BA English Studies achieve C1 proficiency in English, comparable to their native language, and gain knowledge of English-speaking countries' language, literature, culture, and history. They also learn a second foreign language at a B1 level or higher, opening opportunities in publishing, cultural institutions, travel agencies, translation centers, and international businesses.
Specializations:
1. Teaching Specialization
Prepares students to teach English in grades 4-8 of primary school. Graduates can work in private language schools or continue their MA studies to qualify for teaching in secondary schools.
2. Translation Specialization
Equips students to translate general and specialized texts (e.g., legal, medical, literary) and work in roles such as translators, executive assistants, or travel guides.
