The recruitment process in 10 steps:
1. Go to the on-line recruitment website https://rekrutacja.ahe.lodz.pl/
2. Choose the programme and language of studies
3. Fill out on-line application form
4. Upload scans of the required documents:
-scan of secondary school leaving certificate with all final grades or scan of the higher education diploma (MA, BA, engineer diploma or equivalent) with all final grades obtained during the course of study
-passport
-photo in format 236x295 pixels
5. Get login and password for the Virtual Student Room
6. Download required documents and send back to us (Agreement, Student declaration, Declaration of originality of documents) +
7. Pay the fees
8. Receive Acceptance Letter
9. Apply and get visa ( if necessary)
10. Travel to Poland and Star the studies!

Students will acquire knowledge and skills in the field of tourist services management, familiarize themselves with the broadly understood design and implementation of tourist services from diagnosis and analysis of market demand, customer needs and preferences, to planning and implementation of tourist services. They will gain practical skills in the field of public relations, shaping positive customer relations, sales and marketing meanders, the specifics of servicing the hotel, catering and agrotourism industries, as well as the ability to organize events and tourism and recreation projects.
They will be able to respond to the needs of the dynamically changing tourism industry by creating specialized tourism service entities as well as managing the tourist product. They learn about changing trends in tourism and customer service. An important element of the study education program is also learning the principles of sales and marketing of tourist services.
The study offer is dedicated to all who want to deal with the broadly understood tourist service - designed from the level of diagnosing client needs and preferences, through effective promotion, to the implementation of a tourist service.
During the course of teaching, students will also acquire knowledge in the field of public relations, shaping positive customer relations, sales and marketing meanders, the specifics of servicing the hospitality, catering and agro-tourism industries, as well as the ability to organize events and tourism and recreation projects. Foreign language communication skills will also allow you to work in an intercultural environment.
