Although students are admitted to SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities at the beginning of each semester, applications are accepted on a regular basis throughout the year. Prospective applicants are encouraged to apply for admission well in advance of the beginning of each semester as class size remains limited.

Applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee and candidates are notified in writing about the final decision. Admitted candidates receive an official acceptance letter. Additionally, the admitted canddidates are required to submit a copy of their visa (if applicable) and a copy of their medical insurance policy before October 1st.
The undergraduate program in English Studies focuses on practical skills and combines several modules, such as: linguistics, intensive language learning, as well as cultural and historical background of the English speaking countries. Thanks to this approach, students gain multifaceted skills, including language competencies, academic reading and writing, multicultural awareness, and teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL).
