The programme is open to all international and Polish applicants. Eligible for admission are holders of a bachelor, master, engineer or equivalent degree in any discipline, who possess knowledge of English at the B2 level confirmed by one of the following:
- language certificate examination,
- exam at UW Centre for Foreign Language Teaching,
- higher education diploma supplement.
Candidates who do not have evidence of English language at the B2 level, take an exam to prove knowledge of that language.
Qualification procedure is based on a final higher education diploma grade, converted into points.
A candidate’s final score is a number between 20-100. Admission depends on candidate’s place on the ranking list.

Except from obligatory courses, students must attend applied specialisation courses. They may choose from the following specialisations:
- European Affairs Management
- EU Funds and Programmes
- EU Diplomacy
Students is obliged to obtain 60 ECTS per academic year from obligatory and specialisation courses.
