APLAZAMIENTO EXÁMENES HASTA JUNIO.
Los exámenes de bachillerato y del fin de escuela primaria quedan aplazados. No se celebrarán antes del mes de junio. Las fechas se comunicarán con una antelación mínima de tres semanas. Además, todos los colegios y centros educativos seguirán cerrados hasta el domingo 26 de abril. Hasta entonces, las escuelas continuarán la enseñanza en red.
TAPARSE LA BOCA Y LA NARIZ SERÁ OBLIGATORIO A PARTIR DEL 16 DE ABRIL.
A partir del jueves, 16 de abril de 2020 se introduce la obligación de taparse la boca y la nariz. Toda persona que se encuentre en un lugar público tendrá que llevar mascarilla, bufanda o pañuelo de forma que la boca y la nariz estén tapadas. La obligación afectará a todas las personas en la calle, tiendas, centros de servicios, oficinas y empresas.
PRÓRROGA DE LAS MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD ACTUALES
• Confinamiento.
• Los menores de edad no podrán salir a la calle sin estar acompañados por personas mayores de edad.
• Límite de asistentes a ceremonias religiosas: en una iglesia pueden entrar un máximo de 5 personas. Este principio continuará vigente también durante la Semana Santa.
• Restricciones al funcionamiento de comerciales y grandes superficies de material de la construcción.
• Restricciones a los medios de transporte público y vehículos con capacidad mínima de 9 personas.
• Suspensión del funcionamiento de peluquerías, salones de belleza y de tatuaje.
• Prohibición de entrada en parques, bosques, playas, bulevares, malecones y del uso de bicicletas urbanas.
• Cierre de restaurantes.
• Restricciones relativas a número de clientes en tiendas, mercados y oficinas de correos.
• Restricciones a la actividad de instituciones de cultura (teatros, cines, etc).

#Coronavirus en Pologne
Le gouvernement polonais vient de confirmer la prolongation des mesures actuelles au moins jusqu’au 19 avril.
Les liaisons aériennes et ferroviaires internationales restent suspendues au moins jusqu’au 26 avril.
Les écoles et universités restent fermées au moins jusqu’au 26 avril.
La frontière polonaise reste fermée aux citoyens non-Polonais et l’obligation de mise en quarantaine pour les personnes qui entrent sur le territoire polonais reste d’application au moins jusqu’au 3 mai.
Dès le 16 avril, le port d’une protection couvrant le nez et la bouche sera obligatoire dans les espaces publics.
De nouvelles mesures seront annoncées après le week-end de Pâques.

Er is momenteel voor Belgische burgers geen beperking om Polen te verlaten; zij kunnen vrij door Duitsland reizen; en zij zullen worden toegelaten op het Belgische grondgebied.
Terugkeer per wagen is mogelijk vanuit Polen via Duitsland naar België.
Er zijn geen internationale lucht-, trein- of busverbindingen meer met Polen. U kan bus of trein nemen tot de Pools/Duitse grens en daar oversteken.
Aan Duitse zijde kan u uw reis verder zetten, hetzij per trein of u laten oppikken door familie of kennissen vanuit België (die Polen niet in mogen).

A partir du 20 avril, les nouvaux assouplissements entreront en vigueur:
- il sera possible de se promener librement aux forêts et aux parcs, à l'exclusion des terrains de jeux ou se déplacer à des fins récréatives (distance sociale nécessaire de 2 mètres, couverture du nez et de la bouche obligatoire)
- commerce et service : le nombre de clients par caisse dans un magasin/supermarché est limité à 4 personnes par caisse dans les magasins jusqu'à 100 m2 et à 1 personne par 15 m² dans les magasins de plus de 100 m²
- les mineurs entre 13 et 18 ans pourront se déplacer sans la présence d’un adulte
- dans les lieux de culte, 1 personne par 15 m2 pourra désormais y être présente

When you're overseas, it's always important to understand local laws and regulations.
But it's now more critical than ever.
Due to #COVID19, many countries are setting up curfews, lockdowns and other restrictions - often at very short notice. You might not be able to leave your accommodation, or you might only be allowed out at particular times. Many countries have significant penalties for breaking these laws, including large fines and jail time.
Just like in Australia, ignorance is no excuse. Local police are unlikely to accept 'I didn't know' as an excuse.

‼️Добрі новини для громадян України, у яких завершується термін легального перебування в Польщі‼️
?До польського парламенту передано проект закону про продовження термінів легального перебування іноземців, які перебувають у Польщі в рамках безвізу або на підставі шенгенських віз. Проект також передбачає продовження строку дії дозволів на проживання або тимчасових документів, що видаються іноземцям, які звернулися із заявою про надання їм міжнародного захисту.
Відповідно до законопроекту:
✅легальність перебування на території Польщі буде продовжено до 30 днів після дати скасування в Польщі стану епідемії для іноземців, які на момент оголошення в Польщі стану епідемії (14 березня 2020 року), перебували на території РП на підставі:
?шенгенської візи;
?у рамках безвізового руху;
?візи, виданої іншою країною Шенгенської зони (включаючи довгострокову візу, термін перебування відповідно до якої перевищує 90 днів);
?дозволу на проживання, виданого іншою державою зони Шенген;
?довгострокової візи, виданої іншою державою-членом ЄС, яка не є державою Шенгенської зони, якщо відповідно до положень законодавства Європейського Союзу вона дає право перебувати на території Республіки Польща;
?дозволу на проживання, виданого іншою державою-членом ЄС, яка не є державою Шенгенської зони, якщо відповідно до положень законодавства Європейського Союзу він дає право на перебування на території Республіки Польща.
☝️Легальне перебування буде продовжене на підставі закону. Тому, згаданій категорії осіб жодних формальностей вчиняти не буде потрібно.
✅До 30 днів після дати скасування в Польщі стану епідемії буде також продовжено тривалість KART POBYTU, термін дії яких завершився у період стану епідемії.

Просимо поставитися з розумінням до цієі ситуації і планувати перетин кордону через ці пункти пропуску виключно в денний час.

Вниманию граждан Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации!
В настоящее время имеются следующие варианты для возвращения граждан Республики Беларусь, находящихся на территории Польши, в Республику Беларусь, а также выезда граждан Российской Федерации из Польши в Россию через Беларусь:
I. На легковом автотранспорте через пограничные пункты пропуска «Кузница Белостокска-Брузги», «Бобровники-Берестовица», «Тересполь-Брест».
II. В пешем порядке граждане Республики Беларусь через пограничные пункты пропуска «Кузница-Брузги» или «Тересполь-Брест».
III. При наличии достаточного количества желающих 31.03.2020 фирма Junior S.A. осуществит автобусный рейс по маршруту Белосток — Гродно для доставки граждан Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации.

The last date for registration has been extended till Friday, June 12, 2020 till 1700 hours. Stranded Indians who have already gone back or who have booked tickets to travel via Frankfurt may not register. However, those who had registered earlier but have not traveled may please reregister. Those who have reregistered yesterday with following link may not register again. Shortlisted passengers will receive telephone calls from a LOT representative who will guide the passengers about the details of the flights and the procedure to book the tickets. The cost of the ticket announced by LOT is PLN2300 for Economy Class; PLN4000 for Premium Economy and PLN6000 for Business Class.

Legal stay of foreigners extended by Office of Foreigners due to Coronavirus outbreak
For those foreigners whose national visas/temporary residence permits are expiring during the epidemiological situation, the Office of Foreigners of Poland has allowed them to stay legally in the country until the end of the 30th day following the date of cancellation of the state of epidemic emergency or state of epidemic. The following have been extended:
1. legal stay of foreigners on the basis of national visas and temporary residence permits that would end during the period of state of epidemic emergency or state of epidemic,
2. deadline for submitting applications for legalisation of stay,
3. validity of already issued work permits, seasonal work permits and declarations of entrustment of work to a foreigner.
Moreover, the following deadlines will be postponed:
1. for foreigners to leave Poland,
2. of voluntary return specified in the decisions obliging the foreigner to return.
Extending the legality of stay will not require placing a new visa sticker on the foreigner’s travel document or issuing a new residence card. However, the foreigner will not be able to travel within the territory of other Schengen countries on the basis of such extended stay. Work permits and seasonal work permits will be extended, as well as the allowed period of work based on the declaration of entrusting work to a foreigner. Foreigners will also be able to leave Poland without the risk of entering into an illegal stay.
Extension of deadlines for submitting applications
The new relaxation provides for extension of the deadlines for submitting applications for residence permits, to extend visas and to extend the stay under visa-free travel, if the deadline would fall within the period of state of epidemic emergency or state of epidemic. As before, these applications may be submitted to voivodship offices up to the 30th day following the date of cancellation of the last of the above-mentioned states that was in force. Foreigners’ stay in Poland during this period will be considered legal provided that they submit an application for legalisation of stay within the extended period.
The above solution shall apply to foreigners who would like to apply for:
• granting a temporary, permanent or long-term EU resident permit,
• extension of a national visa (symbol D) or a Schengen visa (symbol C),

Actualización sobre la decisión del gobierno polaco de extender la suspensión de las conexiones aéreas y ferroviarias internacionales hasta el 9 de mayo.
En días anteriores, el gobierno polaco decidió extender la suspensión de las conexiones aéreas y ferroviarias internacionales de Polonia hasta el próximo 9 de mayo. No se descartan nuevas prórrogas.
De acuerdo con esta decisión, la aerolínea polaca LOT ha informado que todos los vuelos de pasajeros programados hasta el 15 de mayo de 2020 han sido cancelados.
En esta difícil situación, son sumamente limitadas las opciones de salida del territorio polaco, siendo en estos momentos la única opción, la salida vía terrestre por la frontera polaco-alemana por los puntos fronterizos establecidos. Se tiene conocimiento que las autoridades alemanas no solicitan al momento ningún formato específico para transitar. En caso de que se les entreviste, basta con que muestren pasaporte y copia del boleto de avión a México.
De ser urgente viajar a México, la Embajada tiene conocimiento que se mantienen vuelos desde Ámsterdam a Ciudad de México en frecuencias reducidas durante el mes de mayo. Algunos connacionales han recomendado también la ruta Frankfurt-Toronto-Ciudad de México con Air Canada.

საკოორდინაციო საბჭოს გადაწყვეტილებით, ევროპიდან საქართველოს მიმართულებით ავიარეისებს ახორციელებს კომპანია „ჯორჯიან ეარვეისი“. როგორც საზოგადოებისთვის ცნობილია, საკოორდინაციო საბჭოს მიერ განსაზღვრულია მიმდინარე წლის 26 მარტიდან 10 აპრილის ჩათვლით განსახორციელებელი მიმართულებები.
დღეს, საკოორდინაციო საბჭოზე განისაზღვრა 10 აპრილის შემდგომ, დამატებით, ორი მიმართულება: 12 აპრილი - ბერლინი-თბილისი და 14 აპრილი - ამსტერდამი-თბილისი.
აღნიშნული ფრენები, ისევე როგორც საკოორდინაციო საბჭოს მიერ განსაზღვრული სხვა ავიარეისები, განხორციელდება ჯანდაცვის მსოფლიო ორგანიზაციის პროტოკოლით, რაც ითვალისწინებს მგზავრთა ჭადრაკული პრინციპით განთავსებას, თითოეულ ბორტზე არაუმეტეს 120 მგზავრისა. ბილეთის ფასი განსაზღვრულია 199 ევროს ოდენობით.
ამასთან, საზოგადოების მაღალი ინტერესის გათვალისწინებით და იმ დიდი პასუხისმგებლობიდან გამომდინარე, რაც დაკავშირებულია უცხოეთში მყოფი ჩვენი თანამემამულეების სამშობლოში დაბრუნების პროცესთან, გვსურს, გამოვეხმაუროთ მიმდინარე წლის 3 აპრილის ვარშავა-თბილისის და ბერლინი-თბილისის მიმართულებებზე ბილეთების რეალიზაციის საკითხს.
საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტრომ და ჩვენმა საელჩომ პოლონეთის რესპუბლიკაში პოლონეთის ავიახაზებისგან, რომლის მიერაც სრულად იყო ორგანიზებული ბილეთების გაყიდვის პროცესი, გამოითხოვა 3 აპრილის რეისზე ბილეთების რეალიზაციის მონაცემები.
პოლონეთის ავიახაზების მონაცემებით, დღეს - 1 აპრილს, ავიაკომპანიამ 3 აპრილის ვარშავა-თბილისის რეისზე გასაყიდად გამოიტანა 67 ბილეთი. ბილეთების გაყიდვა დაიწყო ვარშავის დროით 10:00 საათზე. 32 ბილეთი გაიყიდა ვარშავის აეროპორტში მდებარე ავიაკომპანიის სალაროდან, ხოლო დარჩენილი 35 ბილეთი - ონლაინ, ანუ კომპანიის ვებ-გვერდის მეშვეობით, კომპანიის ინფორმაციით, 20 წუთის განმავლობაში. ბილეთის ფასი იყო 199 ევროს ექვივალენტი პოლონურ ეროვნულ ვალუტაში.
რაც შეეხება დანარჩენ 46 ბილეთს, როგორც ცნობილია, თავდაპირველად, კომპანიამ 3 აპრილის რეისზე ბილეთების ნაწილის გაყიდვა მოახდინა ქართულ მხარესთან შეუთანხმებლად - 26 მარტს. (ამ ფაქტის აღმოჩენის შემდგომ, კომპანიას ქართული მხარისგან ეთხოვა დაუყონებლივ შეეწყვიტა ბილეთების რეალიზაცია, რადგან საკოორდინაციო საბჭოს გადაწყვეტილებით, განრიგით გაწერილ რეისებზე ბილეთების გაყიდვა უნდა მოხდეს ავიარეისამდე 2 დღით ადრე).
რაც შეეხება ბერლინი-თბილისის მიმართულებას, 3 აპრილს დაგეგმილ ავიარეისზე ბორტი განსაზღვრულია 120 მგზავრით, აქედან, 110 ბილეთის რეალიზაცია კომპანიამ მოახდინა ფრენების შეზღუდვამდე, შესაბამისად, ეს მგზავრები ისარგებლებენ 3 აპრილის რეისით, დარჩენილი 10 ბილეთი კი, გაიყიდა კომპანია „ჯორჯიან ეარვეისის“ მიერ.
მხედველობაში ვიღებთ, რომ როგორც პოლონეთის რესპუბლიკაში, ისე გერმანიის ფედერაციულ რესპუბლიკაში, კონცენტრირებულია საქართველოში გამომგზავრების მსურველთა დიდი რაოდენობა. უნდა აღინიშნოს, რომ პანდემიის გავრცელების გამო საერთაშორისო ფრენების შეზღუდვის ფონზე, ვარშავიდან განხორციელდა ხუთი ორგანიზებული ფრენა, ხოლო ბერლინიდან - ორი ჩარტერული რეისი.
აღსანიშნავია, რომ კომპანია „ჯორჯიან ეარვეისის“ მიერ დაგეგმილ ავიარეისებზე ყოველთვის არის მგზავრთა ნაწილი, რომელსაც დიდი ხნით ადრე, გეგმიურ ფრენებზე აქვს შეძენილი ბილეთები, შესაბამისად, მათი უფლებების დაცვის მიზნით, კომპანია ვერ ახერხებს ბილეთების სრული რაოდენობის ე.წ. თავისუფალ გაყიდვაში გამოტანას.\

საბჭოს მიერ განსაზღვრულ განრიგში შევიდა ცვლილება და განრიგს მ.წ. 3 აპრილს დაემატა თბილისი-ბერლინი-თბილისის მიმართულება, რომელსაც შეასრულებს კომპანია Georgian Airways. განრიგის თანახმად მ.წ. 3 აპრილს თბილისი-ვარშავა-თბილისის მიმართულებას შეასრულებს კომპანია LOT Polish Airlines.აღნიშნულ რეისებზე ბილეთები გაიყიდება, ბერლინის შემთხვევაში კომპანია Georgian Airways-ის,ხოლო ვარშავის შემთხვევაში კომპანია LOT Polish Airlines-ის ვებ-გვერდებზე.

➡️ Ab 16. April gilt in ?? bis auf weiteres die Pflicht, in der Öffentlichkeit Mund und Nase mittels Kleidung, Kleidungsteilen oder Masken zu bedecken. ?
‼️Diese Pflicht gilt grundsätzlich überall außerhalb der eigenen Wohnung, an allen öffentlichen Orten, im Personennahverkehr und im Auto. ???
➡️ Ausnahmen von der Maskenpflicht gelten,
? für Autofahrten alleine und mit Personen des eigenen Haushalts,
? für Kinder bis zur Vollendung des 4. Lebensjahres,
? für Personen, die aus gesundheitlichen Gründen bzw. wg. Unselbstständigkeit keine Maske anlegen können. Die Vorlage eines Gutachtens oder einer Bescheinigung wird in diesen Fällen nicht verlangt;
‼️Weiter Ausnahmen gelten für Personen, die ohne Kundenkontakt berufliche, dienstliche oder gewerbliche Tätigkeiten in Gebäuden, Betrieben, Objekten, Einrichtungen und auf Märkten ausüben.
‼️Bus- und Straßenbahnfahrer sowie Taxifahrer und andere Personen, die gewerbsmäßige Personenbeförderung anbieten, sind von der Maskenpflicht befreit, wenn eine Trennwand oder Absperrung den direkten Kundenkontakt verhindert. ??
Bei Personenkontrollen bzw. Identitätskontrollen besteht die Pflicht, die Maske abzunehmen. ??♂️
