MASTER OF OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT programme teaches effective management of resources for the production and delivery of products and services of appropriate quality and in the shortest operational time. This programme includes the design, management and improvement of services, processes and supply chains. Effective operational management is therefore crucial not only for enterprises but also for society. It is a key aspect of the smooth operation of every enterprise from a strategic, financial and business development perspective.
The program was created on the basis of international and national standards and guidelines obtained from external and internal stakeholders in accordance with the education quality policy adopted at TUL. Its interdisciplinary character ensures the transfer of modern knowledge and skills in line with the expectations of business entities while offered specializations enable comprehensive understanding of the organization of production systems in contemporary economic realities.
The program will be implemented based on the latest education concepts, including Problem Based Learning, Design Thinking and Flipped Education.

The program includes participation in the didactic process of representatives of companies cooperating with Lodz University of Technology. Company representatives will not only provide the most current surreal cases and problem tasks that are the basis for teaching based on the "case teaching" and "problem based learning" methods, but will also allow students to develop their competences based on the current needs of the labor market and business environment.
