The main goal of this specialization is to develop specialists with a broad theoretical and practical knowledge-base in terms of management and economics, with a focus on contemporary finance and economics. Knowlegde attained throughout these studies will allow students to gain a deeper understanding of issues regarding international management, the functioning of corporations, as well as the planning and implementation of marketing strategies in corporations worldwide. In preparation for leading international negotiations, students will also gain valuable practical skills in international business correspondence and the principles of diplomatic relations.
In addition to concrete factual knowledge, this course allows students to develop fluency in industry-specific aspects of business English. Students will be provided an opportunity to sit one of the Cambrigde ESOL-BEC (Business English Certificate) examinations. These will be held at the university campus and be administered by fully-qualified examiners.
The British Council BEC certificates are recognized worldwide and serve as confirmation of students` practical English-language skills and therefore, suitability for employment in multinational corporations.
